Q: Why do I need to book a consultation with my stylist?

A: A consultation is required for a color services except extensions. A consultation is also recommended for new clients looking for a new look. I.e. big chop, wigs or lace.

Q: How long will my service take?

A: The time given when booking is an estimation, however if you would like to know an exact approximation for your desired service and style you can call the salon.

Q: Can I change my service the day of my appointment?

A: It is possible but not guaranteed. Day of cancellations/rescheduling results in forfeiting your deposit.

Q: Can i add a service once i get to the salon?

A: Yes you can depending on the service.

Q: Is hair included in the service price?

A: No, the hair is not included. Although hair is available for purchase in salon.

Q: What products do you use?

A: We use professional various products such as but not limited to Influance Hair Care, Elumen, Paul Mitchell, Joico

and Design Essential

Q: What relaxer do you use?

A: We only use Influance Hair Care Relaxers

Q: How long before my service do I need to drop off/purchase my hair extensions for color?

A: At least one week in advance.

Q: How much is it to color my extensions or wigs?

A: Prices range depending on color, length and density. Call the salon for prices or schedule a consultation.
